Tunisian love rats and Tunisian authorities?

Good day, Ladies!
Soon will be new season and rats will again approach their victims in hotels. Looking if someone has previously experience to alarm management of hotels to stop your rat working there. Or maybe better to write to Tunisia Tourism authorities?
Any advice and thorough welcome. Thank you!
