You paid for apartnents to have sex with him! You know that is illegial. This sounds more like a business arrangement between you both. He obviously contacted you after the holiday came to an end as he viewed you as a wealthy older woman

Thanks for telling us but there is nothing in your story that we dont already know. This is your case which u haven't won yet. I hope u win but what is successful for u may not be successful for others. I know of stories where the case was lost and judge favored the rat.
